Let me share a warning about my truly terrible online shopping experience, hoping you won't fall into the same trap. I'm utterly convinced this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. My breaking point came when I paid for a “next day delivery” service for $19.95, only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take “3 business days.” Where is next day? I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because they clearly failed to provide the service I paid for, and I refused to let them get away with it.

Customer: I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery," and my order confirmation says it will take three business days. That is not "next day." I expect that delivery fee to be refunded. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I see your order for Plano lenses with next-day shipping. Sometimes, there can be a processing period before the item ships, which might extend the total delivery time. Customer: Processing delays are not what I paid for. Your website advertised "next day delivery," not "next day shipping after three days of processing." I paid for a service that was not provided, and I want my money back for that shipping fee. CS Rep: You are absolutely right to expect the service you purchased. I sincerely apologize for the misleading information and for the unfulfilled next-day delivery. I can process a full refund of the $19.95 next-day delivery charge back to your original payment method right now. It should reflect on your statement within 3-5 business days. Customer: Thank you, that's what I needed to hear. It's just incredibly frustrating when a company doesn't deliver on its promises.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
