They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I simply want my money back! I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because their automated responses were useless, and I needed an actual person to address this nightmare. This company is atrocious, and I sincerely regret choosing them over Zenni, where I've never had such problems.

Customer: Hello, I need help with order #105081183. I placed it on February 24th, and it's April 1st now, and I still haven't received my glasses. Customer: Seven to ten business days? After all this? Fine, as long as it's actually processed this time and I don't have to chase it down again. Just make sure it happens.
