🚫 My Online Glasses Nightmare: Wrong Prescription, Zero Support! 😡

My online shopping experience was absolutely terrible, and I feel compelled to share my story as a cautionary tale. I really wish I had known better before ordering from this company. I was sent the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t in touch with anyone. This entire ordeal has been incredibly frustrating, making me finally push through to connect with customer service, desperately hoping to fix this disaster.

Customer: Hello, I just received my safety glasses and the prescription is completely wrong. I'm experiencing dizziness and nausea when I try to wear them. CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear that, ma'am. That sounds incredibly uncomfortable. Can I please get your order number so I can look into this for you? Customer: It's #EBD98765. Honestly, it's been impossible to get a hold of anyone to even talk about this! I've tried multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails. This is absolutely ridiculous. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you've experienced reaching us. That's certainly not the experience we want for our customers. I see your order now. We can arrange for a free return and reorder with your corrected prescription, or we can issue a full refund. Customer: So, I just send them back and hope you get it right next time? This has already caused so much hassle and wasted my time. CS Rep: Yes, we will provide a pre-paid return label immediately. We will then process a new order with priority, triple-checking all prescription details for accuracy, or process your refund, whichever you prefer.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
