When I finally reached out about the BOGO deal they messed up and admitted, their solution was to make me return my perfectly good, correctly prescribed glasses just to reorder them! Why couldn't they simply credit my card? This unprofessional approach, combined with non-existent customer service – no 24-hour support, no agent – compelled me to leave this review and demand answers.
