Frankly, "Frustrating" is the word to describe this company, and "dishonest" would be another. They claim 6 days to produce the glasses, but I honestly doubt anyone has ever seen them make good on that promise. I ordered my glasses for a trip, thinking a few weeks would be no problem, but that time has come and gone, and there's still no delivery date in sight. Their customer service bot is worthless, and I highly doubt there are any human reps to speak with. I felt compelled to reach out to customer service multiple times, and now to leave this review, because I am so incredibly disappointed that they mislead customers on how long it actually takes to get glasses that are probably shipped from China.
