I recently spent $372 on glasses that arrived SCRATCHED, and what followed was an absolute nightmare. As the review states, I've been trying for two days just to talk to a human to fix this issue, with no luck. The "bot" just keeps sending the return label to an email I never received, and even after finally reaching someone, they sent the wrong information for the return! This level of ineptitude at GlassesUSA is truly astonishing. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because frankly, this entire process has been so very frustrating and certainly a waste of my time, and I deserve a resolution for the product I paid for.
