I'm writing this to warn everyone about my terrible online shopping experience. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid an extra $19.95 for "next day delivery" because their site explicitly said "eligible for next day delivery." But after my order, I received an email saying it would take 3 business days! My glasses with Plano lenses, requiring no production, still took nearly a week to arrive. This was clearly not "next day delivery," and I felt completely ripped off. I tried everything β their automated toll-free line, the "live chat bot," and multiple emails β but I couldn't get a human or a response. My frustration finally drove me to find a way to leave this review and insist on a proper conversation.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery on my order, and it clearly wasn't next-day. My glasses arrived days later. Your website promised next-day, and I was charged $19.95 for it. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, ma'am. I see your order details here. It appears there was a delay in processing. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused and for the misleading delivery expectation. Customer: Inconvenience? I paid for a service I didn't receive! And it's impossible to get hold of anyone. I tried calling, chatting, and emailing multiple times with no response, just automated systems. CS Rep: I deeply regret the difficulty you faced in reaching us. That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. As a gesture of our apology for both the shipping delay and the poor support experience, I've processed a full refund of the $19.95 express shipping fee to your original payment method. This should reflect in your account within 3-5 business days. Customer: So, it took me jumping through hoops and finally getting through to someone on a sales line to get this resolved. This shouldn't be so hard.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
