Let me tell you, I just had the most terrible online shopping experience, and I feel compelled to share this as a cautionary tale for anyone considering ordering glasses online. My recent attempt to purchase glasses from GlassesUSA was an absolute nightmare. The website was so messed up it took me a ridiculous 2-1/2 hours just to purchase two pairs of glasses. To make matters worse, I couldn't even type in my prescription and save it to continue my purchase. Now, I'm told I'll have to be sent an email so I can re-type information I already entered on their silly website. The entire process was utterly frustrating and certainly a waste of my precious time. I decided I had to leave a review and speak to customer service, hoping to get some resolution and prevent others from enduring this same ordeal.

Let me pull up your order and see if I can manually assist with adding the prescription details right now, so you don't have to wait for that email. Customer: Can you really do that? Because honestly, I'm not sure I'll ever attempt to order glasses from you ever again after this.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
