My recent online shopping experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning to others. This company proved to be dishonest and doesn't honor promos, making it impossible to collect the offer when the site is full of glitches. To make matters worse, there's no customer service 24 hours, no agent, which is utterly unprofessional. I was so frustrated by this that I had to reach out to them, only to find their proposed solution baffling.

Customer: I'm calling because I tried to use your buy-one-get-one promotion, but it never applied, and now my order is incorrect. CS Rep: I apologize for the trouble you've experienced with our promotion. I understand this is frustrating. Can you please provide your order number? Customer: It's [Order Number]. The promo simply didn't apply, and now I'm told I have to return them and reorder to get the BOGO you messed up and admitted. That's ridiculous! Why can't you just credit back to my card? CS Rep: I see the issue with the promotional code not applying. Our current policy for such errors is indeed to process a return and then assist you in placing a new order with the correct promotion applied. I understand that this isn't ideal. Customer: Ideal? It's completely unacceptable. I have the correct style and prescription already. Forcing me to go through a return and reorder process, effectively leaving me without glasses for a period, is not a "simple solution" when a direct credit would solve this instantly.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
