Day 5 rolled around, and my order was still in production. Day 10, still in production. By Day 11, I had no choice but to call and ask for a shipping refund, which they processed, but it felt like they do it all the time. Now, even with that refund, these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. I was compelled to reach out to their customer service, not just to vent, but to understand why this nightmare unfolded.

Customer: Hello, I'm calling about order [Order Number]. It's been 19 days, and I still don't have my glasses! I paid for express shipping, 3-5 days, because my old pair broke! This is unacceptable.
