I paid for "next day delivery" because their site clearly stated my order was eligible, but hours later, I got an email saying it would take three business days. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers; they are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I felt utterly scammed by this unfulfilled promise and the sheer impossibility of reaching a human. That's why I felt compelled to leave a review and fight to speak with someone in customer service.

Customer: Hello, I'm calling about order [Order Number]. I paid for next-day delivery, but my tracking shows it won't arrive for days. I was told it would take three business days, not next day. I need that $19.95 delivery fee refunded. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. I see here you selected express shipping. Let me check the details for you. Our next-day delivery applies to orders placed before a certain time for in-stock items, but sometimes processing time for prescriptions can extend that. Customer: This was for frames only, with Plano lenses – no prescription! There's no production delay for that.
