Express Shipping Lie: 19 Days of Waiting for Glasses & Zero Care! 😤

My online shopping experience with this company was absolutely terrible, and I urge everyone to consider this a cautionary tale. I ordered glasses on March 30th, paying for express 3-5 day shipping because my old pair broke and I desperately needed them. Yet, Day 5 came, then Day 10, and my order was still in production. Day 11, I called, frustrated, to ask for a shipping refund because it was clear the express shipping was a lie. Even after getting my $10 back, these glasses were still projected to be 6 days out. It's Day 19 or whatever, and I still have no glasses! It truly feels like someone doesn't give a crap about their customers, and I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with their customer service.

Customer: I ordered glasses weeks ago, paid for express shipping, and they still haven't arrived. My old glasses broke; I need these! It's been almost 20 days. CS Rep: I apologize sincerely for the significant delay and the inconvenience this has caused, especially with your urgent need for new glasses. I see you paid for express shipping, and I understand your frustration. Customer: Frustration is an understatement. I already got a refund for the shipping, but that doesn't help me see. Where are my glasses? "Still in production" for weeks is unacceptable. CS Rep: You are absolutely right, that is not acceptable. Let me pull up your order details immediately to investigate the exact status and see what steps we can take to expedite this or offer a more immediate solution. Customer: Just tell me if I'm ever going to get them, or if I should just cut my losses and go somewhere else. I'm telling all my four-eyed friends to never shop here. This is terrible.
