My recent online shopping experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning to others. I spent $372 on a pair of glasses that arrived scratched, and what followed was an utterly frustrating attempt to resolve the issue. I've been trying for two days to talk to a human to fix this, but I've had no luck. The ‘bot’ just keeps sending the return label to an email I never received! And even after finally talking to a human, they sent the wrong information for the return. This level of ineptitude is truly astonishing, and I wanted to leave a review and speak with customer service to hopefully get this resolved and prevent anyone else from facing such a terrible ordeal.
