I paid for "next day delivery," but hours later, I received an email stating my order would take "3 business days." This blatant dishonesty compelled me to reach out to customer service, desperate for a resolution and a refund for a service I clearly wasn't receiving.

Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and now I see my order will take three business days. I want a refund for the express shipping fee. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/madam. Let me check your order details for you. The express delivery fee covers expedited processing, but the actual delivery time depends on production and shipping logistics. Customer: But your site said "eligible for next day delivery," not "expedited processing." I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, which clearly isn't happening. I've tried calling your automated line, your chat bot, and emailing – no one helped. CS Rep: I apologize for the difficulty you've experienced reaching us. I can see your order and the express shipping charge. While we aim for quick delivery, unforeseen production delays can sometimes occur.
