It's incredibly frustrating because GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. All I could get was a bot telling me it's "in transit." This led me to demand a real conversation with customer service, as I wanted my money back and some real answers.

Customer: I'm calling about order #105081183. It's been weeks, I never received my glasses, and I can't get a straight answer or my refund. CS Rep: I apologize for the trouble you've experienced, ma'am. Let me pull up your order. Customer: It's just stuck in transit, according to your bot. I've been told the same thing repeatedly. I just want my $246 back. CS Rep: I see here the last tracking update. I understand your frustration. I can initiate a refund request for you now. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Customer: Seven to ten days? I've been waiting since February! This is ridiculous. I need that money back now. CS Rep: I truly apologize for the delay. The 7-10 business days is our standard processing time once the refund is approved and initiated from our end, which I will do immediately for you.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap and enduring such a frustrating process to get their money back.
