Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for everyone. My third order from this site has left me utterly frustrated, confirming my belief that this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid $19.95 for ‘next day delivery,’ only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take three business days. The sheer dishonesty compelled me to try and reach customer service, hoping to resolve this blatant overcharge.

Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, but my order email clearly states it will take three business days. I need that $19.95 delivery fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the confusion regarding the delivery timeframe. I can submit a request to our billing department to review this charge for you. Customer: Review? You didn't provide the service I paid for. It was clearly not "next day." I shouldn’t have to wait for a review; you need to refund my money now. CS Rep: I hear your concern, and I acknowledge that the next-day service was not fulfilled as advertised. I will escalate this directly to a supervisor to ensure a prompt resolution and process that refund request for you. Customer: This whole experience, from the misleading delivery promise to the difficulty of even speaking to a human, is truly unacceptable. I just want this fixed.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of misleading services and frustrating customer support.
