Online Glasses Nightmare: Wrong Prescription & Unresponsive Support! 😤

My recent online shopping experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning. I ordered prescription safety glasses, but they sent me the wrong prescription, causing constant dizziness and nausea. It’s been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. I’ve tried multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails, and still can’t get in touch with anyone. I felt compelled to leave a review and speak with customer service because this level of incompetence is simply unacceptable.

Customer: I received my safety glasses, and the prescription is completely wrong. They're causing dizziness and nausea, I can't even wear them! And I can't get anyone to help me. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this frustrating experience, especially with your safety glasses. That's definitely not what we want for our customers. Can I please get your order number? Customer: It's #123456789. I've tried calling, emailing, and chatting, but no one seems to be able to help me get this fixed. This is truly unacceptable. CS Rep: Thank you for the order number. I understand your frustration. We sincerely apologize for the difficulty reaching us and for the incorrect prescription. Let me immediately initiate a return and replacement for you. We'll send you a prepaid return label, and expedite the new order. Customer: So I have to send these back first, and then wait again? How long will this take? I need these for work. CS Rep: Yes, we do require the incorrect pair back. We will process your new order as soon as the return is initiated. I will personally monitor this replacement to ensure it's prioritized. You'll receive an email with return instructions shortly.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
