Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning. I ordered glasses on May 4th and was assured they would be finished on May 11th. It is now May 26th, and I keep getting emails apologizing for the delay, with no real resolution in sight. After seeing all the one-star reviews that had the exact same experience, I'm not surprised by this poor service. This constant delay and lack of communication compelled me to try and reach customer service, desperate for answers.

Customer: "Hi, I'm calling about order number 12345. I placed it on May 4th, and it was supposed to be ready by May 11th. It's May 26th now, and I still haven't received anything, just automated apology emails."

CS Rep: "I understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. I see your order is currently delayed due to an unforeseen production issue. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience."

Customer: "An inconvenience? I've been waiting weeks, and I tried multiple times to call customer service and finally spoke to someone in India who was absolutely no help at all! What exactly is the 'unforeseen production issue,' and when can I actually expect my glasses?"
