I'm writing this because GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never even received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from an order placed back on February 24th! The tracking still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia, and every time I try to get an answer, I just get a generic bot response about it being 'in transit.' I want my money back! I felt compelled to reach out to customer service and then leave this review because this level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is simply unacceptable.

Customer: "Hello, I'm calling about order #105081183. It was placed on February 24th, and I still haven't received it. The tracking hasn't updated in weeks, and I've been told by a bot it's 'in transit' over and over. I need my $246.00 refund."

CS Rep: "I apologize for the significant delay and frustration you've experienced with your order, sir/ma'am. I see here that the package is indeed stuck. We understand your concern and have initiated a refund for order #105081183. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process and appear on your statement."

Customer: "7-10 business days? Are you serious? I've been waiting for this order since February, and now I have to wait another two weeks for my own money back? This is ridiculous! I shouldn't have to jump through hoops and chase you down for a refund for something I never received."
