I'm writing this to warn everyone about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience. I spent $372 on scratched glasses, and what followed was a nightmare of trying to get help. As I said in my original note, I've been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix this issue, with no luck. The "bot" just keeps sending the return label to an email I never received, and even after finally talking to a human, they sent the wrong information for the return! This ineptitude is beyond frustrating. I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service because receiving defective products and then being utterly abandoned when seeking a resolution is simply unacceptable.

Customer: I need help with an order. I received scratched glasses, and I've been trying to get a return label for two days but the bot isn't helping.
