Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale. I am utterly frustrated because they "Sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea." What's worse, it's been "Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t in touch with anyone." This entire ordeal forced me to leave a review and desperately try to connect with customer service to fix this critical issue.

Customer: I finally got through! I was sent the wrong prescription safety glasses, and they're causing me dizziness and nausea. I've been trying to reach someone for days, through chat, calls, and emails, and it's been impossible! CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the incorrect prescription and the significant difficulty you've experienced reaching us. That is completely unacceptable, and I understand your frustration. Customer: Unacceptable is an understatement. I need these glasses for work, and I can't even wear them. How can we fix this, and quickly? CS Rep: I apologize again. Let's get this resolved. I can immediately start an exchange for you. Could you please provide your order number, and we'll arrange for a new, correctly prescribed pair to be sent out with expedited shipping? We'll also provide a return label for the incorrect pair. Customer: Okay, the order number is [Customer provides Order Number]. Please ensure the new ones are absolutely correct this time. I can't go through this again.
