My order from GlassesUSA, placed back on February 24th, never arrived. It's now April 1st, and my order, number #105081183, is still stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. They have $246 of my hard-earned money, and all I get are automated bot responses saying it's "in transit." I couldn't get a proper response for a refund, which is why I felt compelled to reach out to customer service and eventually leave this review. This whole ordeal has been incredibly frustrating.

Customer: My order #105081183 was placed on February 24th, and it has not arrived. The tracking still shows it stuck in Atlanta, and I want my refund for the $246 I paid. CS Rep: I understand your frustration regarding the delay with your order. I see it's been marked as lost in transit. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Customer: "Inconvenience" is an understatement! I've been trying to get a refund for weeks, and all I get are bot responses. Now you're telling me I have to wait another 7-10 business days for my refund? This is unacceptable. CS Rep: I hear your frustration with the process. The 7-10 business day timeframe is standard for processing refunds once approved. I'm confirming that the refund has indeed been initiated for your order. Customer: Initiated isn't good enough. I want my money back now. I've had to escalate this to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General just to get to this point! This is terrible customer service.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
