My online shopping experience has been truly terrible, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning to others. This company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered glasses on March 30th, specifically paying for express 3-5 day shipping because my old glasses broke, leaving me in a bind. Yet, day 5 rolled around, and my order was still in production. Day 10, still in production. I eventually had to call on day 11 to ask for a shipping refund, which they processed, but those glasses are still nowhere near me. It's now Day 19, and still no glasses! I'm completely frustrated by their misleading claims and lack of care for customers. This terrible experience is exactly why I needed to speak with customer service and am now leaving this review.
