I'm still waiting for a refund for an order I never received from GlassesUSA – they have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. Every time I try to get an update, all I get is a bot telling me it's "in transit." It feels like I'm being scammed, and I was compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service because I just want my money back for an order that never even arrived.

Customer: Hi, I'm calling about order number #105081183. I placed it back on February 24th, and the tracking hasn't moved from Atlanta. I still haven't received my glasses. CS Rep: I understand you're concerned about your order. Let me check that for you. Our system indicates the package is still in transit. Customer: "In transit" for over a month? That's not right. I've tried contacting you, but all I get are automated responses. I need a real solution, I either want the glasses or my money back. CS Rep: I apologize for the inconvenience and the frustration this delay has caused. We are showing a delivery issue. I can initiate a refund request for you, but please note it can take 7-10 business days to process. Customer: 7-10 business days after already waiting this long for glasses I never got? This is atrocious. I just want my money back quickly.
