Hours later, an email stated my order would take 3 business days. This company felt like nothing more than an automated business, a fraud ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I felt compelled to contact them and share this to prevent others from falling into the same trap of their "horrible customer service" and automated systems.

Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery for my order, but your email says it will take 3 business days. Why was I charged for a service not provided? CS Rep: I apologize for the confusion with your delivery. I see your order for plano lenses. Let me check the shipping details. Customer: There's no confusion. I paid for next day, not three days. I want my $19.95 delivery fee refunded immediately. Your live chat and phone lines are useless bots. CS Rep: I understand your frustration with reaching us. I'm processing a refund request for the express shipping fee to your original payment method. Customer: It's unbelievable I have to fight this hard for a refund on a service you simply didn't deliver. This is why you're a horrible business.
