This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I specifically ordered a pair of glasses because their site stated "eligible for next day delivery," and I paid the $19.95 fee for it. To my shock, hours later I received an email saying my order would take "3 business days." Where is "next day" in that? I tried contacting their automated phone line and useless chat bot, but got nowhere. I eventually figured out how to get a human on the phone, desperate for answers.

Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and now my order email says it will take three business days. This is completely unacceptable. Where is my next-day delivery? I just hope the refund actually goes through and the glasses arrive soon.
