A $372 Nightmare: Scratched Glasses & Endless Return Hell! 😤
I'm writing this to warn everyone about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience. I spent $372 on scratched glasses, and what followed was a nightmare of trying to get a resolution. I tried for two whole days to talk to a human, but I had no luck. The bot kept sending the return label to an email I never received, and when I finally did get to a human, they sent the wrong information for the return. The ineptitude is astounding. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this level of frustration and disservice is simply unacceptable.
Customer: I've been trying for two days straight to get help with an order of scratched glasses, and I haven't gotten anywhere! Your bot is useless, I never received the return label, and when I finally spoke to someone, they sent me the wrong return information. I'm beyond frustrated! CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the immense frustration and the difficulties you've experienced, especially regarding your scratched glasses and the return process. That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Could you please provide your order number so I can look into this immediately? Customer: It's order #GUSA12345. I paid $372 for these scratched glasses, and I just want to return them. It's ridiculous that I've spent days trying to get a correct return label, only to be sent the wrong one previously. CS Rep: Thank you for the order number. I see the issue. I'm truly sorry for the incorrect label and the communication breakdown. I'm generating a new, correct return label right now and will email it to you directly. I will personally ensure this is the right one and monitor your return until it's processed. Customer: Fine. Make sure it's the right one this time. This whole process has been a joke.
