I'm sharing my absolutely terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale for everyone. I placed an order with GlassesUSA for $246 back on February 24th, but I never received my glasses. The tracking number just showed it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. It truly feels like my hard-earned money was taken without any service in return. I felt compelled to reach out to customer service and leave a review because their automated responses were useless, always stating it was 'in transit,' and I just wanted my money back for an order that never arrived.

Customer: Hello, I need to speak to someone about order #105081183. I placed it on February 24th, never received it, and your bot just keeps telling me it’s in transit. I want my $246 refund now. Customer: That's right, it's been weeks. I've wasted so much time trying to get help. What is going on with my refund? I've used Zinni before and never had this issue. CS Rep: I understand your concern. We have processed your refund for order #105081183. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. Customer: So I still have to wait more? This entire process has been atrocious. I just hope the money actually arrives this time.
