Let me tell you about my terrible online shopping experience with GlassesUSA, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for others. I truly feel like I’ve been scammed. It's a terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses; they gladly take your money, but when it's time for them to fix a problem, it seems impossible. Their business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get in touch with someone, they are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They simply couldn't care less because there's no one else to talk to in order to file a complaint. This feeling of no way to get help after my recent order was incorrect is why I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service again, despite my prior frustrations.

Customer: I'm calling about order #[XXXX]. My lenses are completely off, and frankly, I'm fed up with the terrible service. I’ve tried to get this fixed, and your system is impossible to navigate. When I finally reach someone, they’re rude and just end the call! CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I apologize for the difficulty you've experienced. Could you please explain the specific issue with your lenses? Customer: The prescription is completely wrong; it's blurring my vision. And honestly, it feels like I'm being scammed. I just want my glasses fixed or a refund, and I want to know who I can speak to about the utterly unprofessional treatment I’ve received. CS Rep: I hear you, and I truly apologize for the prior interactions. Let me check your order details right now. Based on what you've described, we can arrange for a free replacement of your lenses with the correct prescription to resolve the vision issue. Customer: A replacement is fine, but what about the atrocious customer service? It’s unacceptable. Who do I talk to about filing a formal complaint against the agents who were so dismissive and rude?
