FRAUD ALERT: My Next-Day Delivery Nightmare 😠💸

I've just had an absolutely terrible online shopping experience, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning to others. I'm utterly frustrated because this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I ordered my glasses, and their site clearly said "eligible for next day delivery." Naturally, I paid the $19.95 express fee, only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take "3 business days." This blatant misrepresentation felt like a rip-off. After struggling with automated bots via phone and chat, and getting no response to emails, I finally managed to get a human on the line to address this issue and demand a refund for the service I didn't receive.

Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and my order confirmation now says it will take 3 business days. This is completely unacceptable! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the delivery timeframe. Could you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you? Customer: My order number is #123456789. The website explicitly stated "next day delivery," which is why I chose to pay the extra fee. I feel like I've been misled and charged for a service that isn't being provided. CS Rep: Thank you for that. I see your order here. While certain items may be eligible for expedited processing, it seems there was a miscommunication regarding the guaranteed delivery date. I completely understand your disappointment, and I am very sorry for this oversight. Customer: So what are you going to do about it? I want my $19.95 next-day delivery fee refunded. I did not get next-day delivery, and that's what I paid for. CS Rep: You are absolutely right. I am immediately processing a full refund for the express shipping fee back to your original payment method. You should see it reflected in your account within 3-5 business days. Again, my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of paying for services that are never delivered.
