Let me tell you about my terrible online shopping experience with GlassesUSA, a cautionary tale for anyone looking for new eyewear. They still haven't sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it is "in transit" from a BOT. It feels like I'm being scammed, and their customer service is atrocious. I felt compelled to leave this review and try to get a real person on the phone because I just want my money back. I used Zenni before and never had this problem, and I will definitely use them again.
