Hours later, I received an email saying my order would take 3 business days. This was simply unacceptable and misleading, leading me down a rabbit hole of automated systems and unhelpful responses.

Customer: It's #105081183. Your website clearly advertised "next day delivery," so I feel completely misled. How can you charge for a service you're not providing? CS Rep: Thank you for that. I sincerely apologize for this miscommunication and the inconvenience. Customer: So, what are you doing about the $19.95? I expect a refund for the next-day delivery charge immediately since it wasn't fulfilled. CS Rep: You are absolutely right to expect that. I am processing a full refund for the $19.95 express delivery fee to your original payment method right now. It should reflect in your account within 3-5 business days.
