They claim glasses are produced in just 6 days, but has anyone really seen them make good on that promise? Their customer service bot is completely worthless, and I highly doubt there are any human representatives available. I ordered my glasses specifically for an upcoming trip, thinking a few weeks would be plenty of time, but that trip has come and gone, and there's still no delivery date in sight. It's incredibly disappointing that they so clearly mislead customers about how long it actually takes, probably because everything is shipped from China. This whole ordeal compelled me to leave this review and try to engage with their so-called customer service.

My trip, which I bought these for, has passed, and I still don't have my glasses! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. I see your order experienced an unexpected delay during the final quality check. It's now in the queue for shipment. Customer: A quality check? That's the same generic response your chatbot gives. What does that even mean for when I'll actually receive them? You claim 6 days, but it's been weeks with no real update! CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the lack of a firm delivery date and the inconvenience this delay has caused. We are working to push it through. I can escalate this to our logistics team to get you a tracking number as soon as it departs. Customer: Escalate? I just want to know when I'll get my glasses.
