This company, to me, is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers, a fraud ripping us off for services they charge for but do NOT provide. I ordered glasses, paying $19.95 for "next day delivery," only to get an email hours later saying it would take "3 business days." This blatant discrepancy compelled me to seek help, but finding a human to talk to was a nightmare, pushing me to leave this review.

Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, but my order email says it will take three business days. That's unacceptable. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I apologize for the miscommunication regarding the delivery timeframe and the inconvenience this has caused. Customer: Inconvenience is an understatement. I tried calling, but it's an endless automated system. Your live chat is just a bot. I need that $19.95 delivery fee refunded since you clearly aren't providing the service.
