It made it impossible to collect the offer when the site was full of glitches. I felt deeply frustrated by their unprofessional approach and the fact that there was no customer service agent easily available. This pushed me to leave a review and seek a resolution through their customer service.

Customer: I'm calling because I tried to use a promotional offer, and it simply didn't apply. Your website was glitchy, and now I'm stuck paying full price. This feels dishonest. CS Rep: I apologize for the difficulty you experienced with the promotional offer and our website glitches. We understand this is frustrating. Customer: Frustrating is an understatement. The glasses are the correct style and prescription, but I shouldn't have to return them just to reorder to get the BOGO you advertised and admit was messed up. Why can't you just credit the difference back to my card? That seems like a simple solution. CS Rep: I understand your preference for a direct credit. However, our policy for re-applying missed promotions requires you to return the original order, and then you can place a new order with the correct promotion applied. Customer: So, despite your company admitting the mistake, I have to go through the hassle of returning and reordering, and be without my glasses for who knows how long? This is entirely unprofessional. CS Rep: I truly regret that our process is causing you inconvenience. Our system is set up to process promotions this way for new orders, and we strive to ensure the correct offer is applied on the reorder.
