Their site said my order was "eligible for next day delivery," so I paid the $19.95 fee. Hours later, I got an email saying it would take "3 business days." What happened to "next day"? This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. I was compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because they charged me for a service they didn't deliver, and their support is a maze of automated bots and non-responsive emails. It's truly a horrible business with horrible customer service.
