What's worse, the GlassesUSA site didn't even prompt me to provide the PD number, and if you donβt know to provide it, they will just assume a value, which of course means the value will be wrong for many buyers. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because after discovering the incorrect PD, trying to reach a human at GlassesUSA for a real phone conversation was impossible, and email interactions were too slow, causing the process to drag on.
Customer: I am so incredibly frustrated! We ordered glasses for my 12-year-old, and he can't see with them because the pupil distance is completely wrong. Your website didn't even prompt me for this vital information, and now I can't get anyone on the phone to help me fix it!
