GlassesUSA Nightmare: $246 Lost, Order Stuck, Refund Refused! 😠

I'm here to share a terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for others. My interaction with GlassesUSA has been nothing short of a nightmare, and it compelled me to reach out to their customer service and leave this review. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. $246.00 they have of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I want my money back, GlassesUSA. It's truly unacceptable.

Customer: I need help with order #105081183. I placed it back on February 24th, and I still haven't received my glasses or a refund. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the delay and the inconvenience this has caused you. Let me pull up your order information right away. Customer: The tracking says it's stuck in Atlanta, and every time I try to get an update, I just get a bot telling me it's "in transit." This is my hard-earned money, and I just want my $246 back. CS Rep: I see the issue with your tracking and the lack of updates. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. I am initiating an immediate review of your order's transit status and will process your refund request. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Customer: Seven to ten business days? After all this waiting? I've already waited since February! I need this resolved sooner. CS Rep: I completely understand your urgency. While the standard processing time is 7-10 business days, I've marked your refund as high priority and will personally follow up to expedite it. You will receive an email confirmation once it's processed.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
