19 Days and Counting: My Online Glasses Nightmare! 😡

My online shopping experience with this company was nothing short of terrible, and I hope my story serves as a cautionary tale. I ordered glasses on March 30th, desperately needing them because my old ones broke, and paid for express shipping (3-5 days). But by Day 5, they were still in production, and it dragged on to Day 10. Even after calling on Day 11 for a shipping refund, my glasses were still 6 days out from delivery. It's Day 19 now, and I still have no glasses! This entire ordeal is why I felt compelled to leave this review and demand answers from customer service.

Customer: I am absolutely furious! I paid for express shipping to get my glasses in 3 to 5 days because my old pair broke, and it's been nineteen days! Where are my glasses? CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the significant delay with your order, sir/ma'am. I understand your frustration, especially given the urgent nature of your prescription. I see here that your shipping refund was processed. Customer: A shipping refund doesn't help me see! I still have no glasses. What is the actual status? When will I receive them? This is unacceptable. CS Rep: I completely understand. It appears there was an unforeseen production delay, but I'm showing your order has now shipped. The tracking indicates it should arrive within the next 2-3 business days. Customer: Next 2-3 days? After all this waiting, that's the best you can do? I need a firm delivery date, or a real solution, not just more waiting. CS Rep: I truly regret the inconvenience. I will escalate this immediately to our fulfillment team to see if we can expedite the final leg of the delivery and will send you a direct email update within the hour.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
