I'm here to share a terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I simply can't get a clear response for a refund, all they keep telling me is it's 'in transit' from a BOT. I wanted my money back and needed to understand why this was happening, which is why I felt compelled to leave a review and demand a real conversation with their customer service.

Customer: Hello, I need to speak to someone about order #105081183. I placed this order on February 24th, I never received the glasses, and I still haven't received my refund of $246.00. CS Rep: I understand this is frustrating. Let me pull up your order. I see here the order was marked as delayed. Customer: Delayed? It's been over a month, and the tracking hasn't updated beyond a label being created. You told me it was in transit. I want to know when I'm getting my money back. I'm so upset. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the lack of clarity and the delay in your refund. I can confirm a refund was processed on April 1st, and it typically takes 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. Customer: So I still have to wait? I had to file complaints just to get this far. Can you confirm the exact date it was processed and if there's any way to expedite it? This whole experience has been a nightmare. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. The refund was processed on April 1st. While I can't expedite the bank's processing time, I can follow up internally to ensure there are no further holds from our end. I'll also send you a confirmation email with the refund details immediately.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
